Fees & Insurance

I am committed to:

  1. Keeping my fees relatively reasonable considering my training and expertise.
  2. Working with your health insurance company to maximize your mental health care benefits.

Insurance

I am currently an approved provider for:

  • Premera
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Regence
  • First Choice Health
  • Kaiser Permanente
  • LifeWise
  • Most insurance companies now pay for online counseling. Call and ask them.
  • Many insurance plans not listed above will pay for all or part of my services.
  • Insurance plans I am not contracted with can be billed “out of network”.
  • You may be able to be reimbursed if you submit a statement to them. I will provide one.
  • Sorry, but I am not able to accept Medicare,  Medicaid (DSHS) or state-funded insurance plans.
